These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LongevityNext.com (the “Site”) and related services (newsletter sign-ups, comment features, forms, and any content we publish). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

LongevityNext is a digital publication and An Industry Examiner publication. The Site is published by Industry Examiner LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Industry Examiner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our editorial office is in San Francisco, California, USA.

2) Editorial purpose (and medical disclaimer)

LongevityNext publishes journalism, analysis, and commentary. Content may discuss medical studies, drugs, diagnostics, clinics, and health outcomes, but it is not medical advice.

No medical advice. The Site does not provide medical services. Content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on the Site.

No clinician-patient relationship. Using the Site does not create a doctor-patient or other professional relationship.

3) Eligibility

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you should use the Site with parental/guardian involvement.
